2.4 Invoice and Detailed Description: Our authorized agent will provide you with an official invoice and a detailed description of the selected products, including dimensions, materials, and design features. Both parties will sign the document to acknowledge the order and payment.
2.5 Material Samples and Measurements: As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, our agent will bring samples of the materials used in the furniture for you to inspect. Additionally, if needed, our agent may take measurements of the designated space to ensure proper fitting and customization of the furniture.
